I am a Registered Dietitian and am passionate about giving nutritional advice to help people with their individual heatlh needs. I have seen that nutrition can make a big difference to people's lives and this can be done through making small changes to one's diet.  I have worked in NHS hospitals which has given me a wealth of experience with a wide variety of patients, seeing them on the ward, in clinics and in group settings.
